Sole proprietor July 06 – present. Established school to provide rowing opportunities to the public.

Walter Johnson High School, Bethesda, MD
Head Coach, Fall 2004-present. Established competitive crew for boys and girls.

Thompson Boat Center, Washington, DC
Beginning Sculling Coach, Masters Men’s Sweep Program Coach. Summer 05- Spring 06..

Potomac Boat Club, Washington, DC
Private Sculling Coach, 2000-present.
Program Director and Coach, 1994-1999. Masters Women’s Sweep Program. Led crew of 30 athletes to championships at local, regional and national competitions. (Head of the Charles: women’s masters 8- 1st place 1995, 1997; Head of the Schuylkill: women’s masters 8s- 1st places 1995-1999; Head of the Potomac: women’s club 8- 1st place 1999, women’s masters 8- 1st place 1995-1999.)

Team earned awards and recognition at local, regional and national competitions. (Head of the Charles: women’s club 8- 1st place 1987)
